The PowerSeq® Quant MS System contains reagents to determine the concentration of massively parallel sequencing (MPS) libraries compatible with Illumina MiSeq® platforms using qPCR. Data generated using the PowerSeq® Quant MS System can be used to normalize the DNA concentration for MPS libraries to the desired concentration. This Technical Manual describes the PowerSeq® Quant MS System and provides instructions for use with the Applied Biosystems® 7500 Real-Time PCR System (Applied Biosystems® 7500 Software, Version 2.0.6), the Applied Biosystems® 7500 Real-Time PCR System for Human Identification (HID Real-Time PCR Analysis Software, Version 1.1 or 1.2) and the Applied Biosystems® 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System (7500 Software For 7500 and 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Systems v2.3).
Summary of Changes
The following changes were made to the 5/20 revision of this Technical Manual:
1. In Section 2, the volume of PowerSeq® Quant MS DNA Standard was changed from 25μl to 200μl.
2. An expired disclaimer was removed.
