ReliaPrep™ RNA Miniprep System은 배양된 세포나 조직에서 온전한 total RNA를 30분 이내에 빠르고 간단하게 정제할 수 있는 기술을 가지고 있습니다. 프로메가의 독보적인 column/binding matrix는 매우 적은 양의 input으로부터 RNA를 효율적으로 추출하여, 15μl 미만의 최소 볼륨으로 RNA를 분리합니다.
이 membrane 기반 정제 시스템을 사용하면, 한 prep당 100개에서 5x106개 까지의 배양 세포 또는 0.25mg에서 20mg까지의 조직을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 시스템은 minicolumn membrane에 직접 DNase 처리하여 downstream 분석을 저해할 수 있는 물질을 효과적으로 제거합니다. 분리∙정제는 phenol:chloroform 추출이나 에탄올 침전이 필요하지 않으며, 순수한 RNA를 얻기 위해 추가적인 정제나 농축이 필요 없습니다.
