GoTaq® Endure qPCR Master Mix delivers outstanding performance in inhibitor-rich samples, guaranteeing consistent and reliable amplification, even under challenging conditions. Inhibitors were spiked at shown concentration and amplification was performed with a 300bp DNA target. The table displays the average ΔCq values, representing the difference in Cq between reactions with inhibitors and those without inhibitors. GoTaq® Endure RT-qPCR System delivers superior performance even in challenging, inhibitor-rich samples. Inhibitors were spiked at the indicated concentrations, and amplification was performed using a 75bp RNA target.
The table displays the average ΔCq values, representing the difference in Cq between reactions with inhibitors and those without inhibitors. GoTaq® Endure qPCR Master Mix
GoTaq® Endure qPCR Master Mix는 어려운 샘플에서도 DNA 검출 및 상대 정량이 가능합니다. 이 Master Mix는 qPCR을 위한 안정화된 올인원 2X hot-start 조성으로 제공됩니다. Master Mix에는 reference dye가 포함되어 있지 않으며, ROX와 동일한 특성을 가진 CXR reference dye가 별도의 튜브로 제공됩니다.
